Return Process

  Log in to your Craftworld account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
